个人简介

吕优优,男,中共党员,博士。2021年12月引入BG电子为专任教师,研究方向为功能性乳品与益生乳酸菌工程。目前作为负责人主持“国家自然科学基金”“湖北省自然科学基金”“中央高校自主科技创新基金”“企业横向课题”等多个科研项目,作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划2项。已在《Theranostics》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》(封面)《Food Chemistry》《Molecular Nutrition & Food Research》《Food & Function》等权威期刊发表研究论文30余篇,包括26篇SCI,一作&通讯10篇;荣获“山东省高等学校科学技术一等奖”1次;申请专利3项,已公布3项(含授权1项);参编专著4部(含出版2部);担任《Frontiers in Microbiology》(TOP期刊)评审编辑;《Food& Function》(TOP期刊)、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》(TOP期刊)、《Food Bioscience》、《Frontiers in Nutrition》、《Fermentation》、《Microorganisms》等SCI及同水平国际学术期刊审稿人。
